Herbert O'Neil is Superintendent of Schools at Hempstead ISD and a longtime Texas educational leader who has led large campuses, including Naaman Forest High School. He knows the pressure of the principal's office and the weight of the superintendent's chair because he has carried both.
Through iLead Coaching, he works one-on-one with principals, central office leaders, and superintendents to sharpen their focus, grow their teams, take back their time, and deliver results for students.
